Loropetalum or Fringe flower. This plant is a chinese fringe flower commonly used in shrubbery. Loropetalum is one sole genus of four different sub species. The plant has pink leafy flowers surrounded by evergreen branches.

Everyone this year is getting busy trying to balance school and the things going on in their personal lives. We were all talking about how our exams and big projects are all around the same time, but we are pushing through. We all agreed that we are doing pretty well in this course and how it’s important that we stay in track because this course is online. We all really liked how the blog posts teach us something; the bread making blog was so cool!! Gabi wasn’t able to plant anything last week but the others are doing fine!
